- 1 tsp coriander powder
- 1/2 tsp cumin powder
- 1/2 tsp garam masala powder

Instructions:
-
Making Chicken Balls:
- In a mixing bowl, combine chicken mince, finely chopped onion, green chilies, ginger-garlic paste, coriander leaves, cumin powder, garam masala powder, and salt.
- Mix well until all the ingredients are evenly incorporated.
- Take small portions of the mixture and shape them into round balls.
- Heat oil in a frying pan over medium heat.
- Carefully place the chicken balls in the hot oil and fry them until they are golden brown and cooked through.
- Once cooked, remove the chicken balls from the pan and set them aside.
-
Preparing the Gravy:
- In the same pan, add 2 tablespoons of oil.
- Add the finely chopped onions and sauté until they turn golden brown.
- Stir in the ginger-garlic paste and cook for a minute until the raw aroma disappears.
- Add the chopped tomatoes and cook until they become soft and mushy.
- Add the chopped green bell pepper and cook for a few more minutes until they are slightly tender.
- Now, add turmeric powder, red chili powder, coriander powder, cumin powder, garam masala powder, and salt. Mix well to combine.
-
Cooking Chicken Balls in Gravy:
- Carefully add the fried chicken balls to the gravy in the pan.
- Coat the chicken balls with the gravy and let them simmer for 5-7 minutes, allowing the flavors to meld together.
- If the gravy is too thick, you can add a little water to adjust the consistency.
- Once the chicken balls are heated through and the gravy reaches your desired consistency, turn off the heat.
-
Garnishing and Serving:
- Transfer the Chicken Balls in Gravy to a serving dish.
- Garnish with freshly chopped coriander leaves for a burst of freshness and flavor.
- Serve hot with steamed rice, naan bread, or chapatis.
